New Policies

In order to continue ensuring that each project that passes through our shop is met with the highest quality standards we can offer, we have begun raising our prices and extending some of our standard turnaround times.

• Update to Pricing 

• $10 set up fee will apply to all orders under $100. Will not apply to exact reprints of previous orders

• $60/hour layout and file correction fees (or portion thereof)

• Rush fees may apply for orders needed within 24 hours

• For jobs that require or request a proof, the cost of your proof will continue to be included in the total price of the job

• Exceptions:

• Proofs that require shipping will be billed for the cost of shipping

• Orders that are canceled after the proofing stage will still be charged for the proof

• Standard Turnaround Times

• 1-3 days for business cards and small orders of 50 units or less.

• 3-7 days for most orders of 500 units or less.

• 7 days or more for large or specialty orders, this will include most book orders of any size.

Starting November 1st, these timelines may be extended by up to a week as we get closer to the end of the year and the holiday season. Please plan accordingly!
